This pub's a staple of Barnsley at this point, great atmosphere and amazing staff. Can't go wrong with a night out here.
The service was terrible here. We called for a pint on the way to the train station but the girl behind the bar was happy to take our money then spent 15mins talking to the other staff then poured 3/4 of the 1st pint before pulling the 2nd pint,while giving us the 2nd pint another member of staff give our 1st pint to a different group so in all it took 25 minutes to get 2 pints of Guinness so we only had time to drink half of them before having to leave for the train. If she hadn't taken the money first we would have surly walked out and gone next-door.
Best atmosphere in town. Great place for baby Guinness. Absolutely love this place. Irish music mixed with classic tunes. It's not to be missed on a crawl around town.
Came in on Saturday afternoon and had a fantastic time until the door staff started with a homeless guy, there was no need to treat him the way his did discussing behaviour!
Brilliant, love it there. Staff is always friendly and approachable. Found a new favourite gin there on Saturday, baked apple and salted caramel. It's worth a try if you haven't yet 😋🙂 Always a brilliant night out. Love it 🥰
