The Angerstein Hotel is a small family run Victorian Pub & Hotel. We are on the edge of Greenwich, near the London 02 arena, excel centre and emirate cable carts. We are 10 minutes from Greenwich and 5 minutes from Charlton. We offer affordable accommodation upstairs in the hotel, and a warm and welcoming bar downstairs.

Popped in for a quick drink New Year's Day before the Charlton v Oxford United game. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us away fans. Would recommend a stay there if staying overnight if visiting the O2 etc. Thanks for making us feel welcome.
Stayed in this hotel whilst going to a concert at the O2 arena - we booked a triple room which was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed: towels provided, TV, fan, kettle with tea and coffee, and shared toilet and shower on landing. It was clear that parts of the hotel were undergoing refurbishment. Great location with a bus stop outside where you can get buses down into Greenwich and beyond, and direct to the O2. Pub was also a nice atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks, music, sports on TV, and pool table. Will definitely keep this in mind for future stays in London 😁
In my opinion it is more of a pub than a hotel, it is classed as a hotel but from the outside and inside it's a pub and a decent one at that. The barmaid was friendly and there was a decent atmosphere due to the music being played in the background. It is within walking distance to Westcombe Park train station.
Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Brilliant spot for O2 arena, amazing helpful and kind staff, excellent room and service. You won’t regret staying at this hotel. Will be back 100%. Great craic and atmosphere, always a bonus!
A very basic hotel but it did just the job. We wanted somewhere to store our bags and sleep after a concert at the O2. We didn't need anything fancy or expensive. The room had what we needed - a bed, wardrobe and a kettle! We had a shared bathroom, so the other guests on our floor used the same bathroom, but again, that was fine for us, we just took our turn. The room and bathroom were both clean. The hotel was only a 30 min walk from the O2 so it was a great location too. I'd definitely return if I was going to the O2 again.
