We serve a wide selection of wines, spirits, cask ales (Cask Marque accredited) and lagers. Our restaurant offers locally sourced home cooked food with an ever changing menu although the favourites will always remain! We have great links with some amazing local suppliers and businesses and aim to always bring you the freshest ingredients of the best quality in all our dishes.
We also have a Big Green Egg in the kitchen that brings a great flavour of cooking on coals from the kitchen.
During winter come on in and warm yourself by one of our inviting open fires or in the summer sit out in our large garden and watch the world go by.
We are completely dog friendly.

Excellent lunch in lovely surroundings. Four of us had starters and mains which were beautifully presented. Unfortunately we could not manage dessert! Will definitely return.
This a lovely pub. We came to it in passing. We had 4 different mains. The Duck, the burger, Mussels, Pork belly. It was all delicious and the atmosphere was just great. The service was amazing. The burger was amazing as was the duck and mussels. The por belly was amazing too, but in my humble opinion the portion is way too small. I wasn't happy at all with the portion size on the pork belly. Other than that it was amazing. We had coffee and to be honest that wasn't very nice, I didn't really like it, it tasted weird.
Slow service Overly salted food (we asked for salt on the table but didn’t use it) Undercooked vegetables The room looked tatty and boring (what’s with the old dirty wood screwed to the walls?! At least make it look finished and hide the screws) Unnecessary large amount of bread for my starters and only 3 pieces of scallop for my family member. And since when is broccoli “Mediterranean”?
As the saying goes, "Expect the unexpected!" Well, we were totally blown away by the quality of food on offer here. The surroundings dont do the place justice. Staff were friendly, but service was difficult to judge as we were the only table. The food was really well presented and delicious. It's probably the best steak I've had in a while. We'll be back!
We came for Mother's Day and were so impressed. Can't believe we've never visited before. The food was 10/10. Very tasty, and good portion size. However the service is what really made it, every single member of staff was happy, polite and attentive. We will definitely be back!
