Sweet little local pub that makes you feel like you've gone back in time.

It's ok and the beer's good but the sparse decor with multiple reflective surfaces makes the place extremely noisy due to sound bouncing all around the place. Hardly possible to hold a conversation whilst we were in there and I was glad to get out. A bit more thought and effort could lift the place substantially. As far as Micro pubs go, I've been to better ones.

Love the choose of beers and ciders. Staff are really friendly and helpful! Decor is a bit dark and drab. Needs brightening up a bit inside. It's a reason we don't stay long. Because it doesn't have a beer garden /outdoor space I think you need to bring the outside 'inside' especially for the summer.
