Staff especially personable and friendly. Very clean. Disappointed no real fires. So went out for arrival drinks after checkin. Also Surprised at checkin to be told door/bar would be shut at 10pm. Otherwise hotel was perfect. Everything seemed newly decorated. Fantastic water pressure and hot water for shower - not always the case these days. Had prees in bar before going out to dinner. Espresso martini was perfect. Breakfast described as “Continental” exceeded expectations. Overall I would highly recommend.
Ffion the manager greeted us warmly, and was a joy to chat to. Our room was spotlessly clean & the bathroom looked like it had never been used! Bar areas for relaxing in the evening were so nice & cosy with a great friendly atmosphere. Continental breakfast was delicious, and a lovely young waitress if you need anything. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend and will be back! Thank you
Our stay at Rustic Mountain Haven was a journey into the heart of the wilderness. Surrounded by towering pines and rugged terrain, it offered a true mountain escape. Our cabin was cozy, and the fireplace added to the rustic charm. The hosts were welcoming and provided valuable insights for exploring the nearby trails. This is a place where the mountains sing their ancient songs.
Wow, what a lovely place to stay, just on the skirt of town, so can walk to the high street within minutes. So very clean, lovely decore, staff polite, room was spotless when we arrived, was cleaned up the next day lovely, as we had been quiet messy, they’d tidied it so well. Great shower, I mean great, the breakfast was fine and dandy, really couldn’t ask for better, the breads and especially the croissants devine, ham gorgeous. You’ll have a great stay here I’m sure, we did and yes I’d love to come back, thanks for a lovely stay
Stayed for 2 nights this past weekend to go to a family wedding. A lovely welcome from the manager, who had a smile for our whole weekend and nothing was too much trouble for her from morning to night. Breakfast went beyond being continental, even the opportunity to make a boiled egg, you'd not get hungry with the options. Room was spacious and clean, as was the en suite
