Arrived just before 11pm and stayed for two hours. First hour was bearable and had one of our song requests “granted”, however the other requests we put in were ignored or lost, including the request put in at 23:00. After two hours of listening to the same four people sing over and over and our requests being ignored, we left disheartened. There comes a point where your patience runs thin, even for karaoke. Bar staff were nice and kept cleanliness up to a high standard throughout the night. Drink quality and selection was good and glasses were clean. Bouncers were polite and professional Additionally, the music was way too loud, almost to a dangerous level, our ears were left ringing for a duration after leaving (even with myself wearing earplugs)

Genuinely the rudest staff I’ve ever come across. The DJ in particular was the most unpleasant service provider I’ve ever encountered, and the bar staff were a close second.

Fun karaoke where you submit requests to the DJ and have words both on big screen and smaller one off to the side so you can perform to the drunken crowd 🤣 Good fun in a group, drinks are a little pricey for Leeds but was still a laugh and good if you like to sing.

Super rude staff. 🫠☠️ don't bother booking the booths, absolutely waste of money. Absolutely do not recommend.

Was disappointed yesterday after paying over £130 to book one VIP room. We weren’t allowed access to our room until 715 bear In mind it was booked for 7, and then the Microphones were faulty so we didn’t actually get the full experience. When telling staff the microphones were broken there wasn’t much communication and it definitely wasn’t positive as they did not say sorry once or offer any extra time etc. Drinks were over priced and there was nothing on tap. Won’t be revisiting as I feel like I’ve just thrown my money down the drain, what a poor experience from Mix.
