Great traditional pub, with proper home cooked, delicious food!
I liked it... The owner is an ex boxer with a great sense of humour... He served us food even though we came after he'd stopped... Had a lovely pork roast dinner... Will definitely be going back next time were passing. Thanks ☺
Legendary old skool Biker pub with great atmosphere, great beer and food and regular live music with on site overnight camping available in the field and woods behind the large carpark by prior arrangement.. Regular beer festivals and biker meets but also a great pub for families everyone who enjoys the nostalgia of an old fashioned English village pub... This pub has hardly changed since I 1st came back in the early 70 's.. Amazing..
Great little pub, very friendly, helpful staff. And worth a visit if not for Danny's cooking alone. A beautiful sunday roast was served, and a lovely pint Just with I was there for the bubble and squeak the next day. Highly recommend
Rude and unfriendly. The 'chef' had the nerve to think we were trying to steal his cheap brick a back that my 2 year old had picked up and we were replacing in its 'display area' around the fireplace. The playground was seriously unsafe. Go at your peril.
