We booked our Christmas Day meal at the Junction and were not disappointed! The quality of the food was incredible and the portion sizes were very generous too considering it was 5 courses each! Staff were very attentive despite the bar being very busy and we didn't feel rushed at all. We would definitely consider the Junction again for a Christmas meal.

From outside this place looks like a regular pub but inside Its a gastropub it has a nice bar at the front and plenty of tables along the side and towards the back of the room. I went with my wife around 3pm on a Monday and it was quiet. We asked for menus at the bar and picked a table at the back. They have the option to order and pay at table but the burger menu was not on the website so went up to the bar and ordered. The lady served me straight away and asked if I had any allergies, she answered any questions I had about the food and double checked with the chef about how the chicken schnitzel was cooked. Our starter was a crispy calamari I and was pleasantly surprised. At first glance it looked over done but it was cooked beautifully, not chewy or stringy just perfect bites. Next came our mains, I had the chicken schnitzel and I finished every bite. It’s not often I eat the salad that comes along with a meal but I liked this as it wasn’t drenched in dressing and the fries were perfectly cooked. My wife had the big dipper from the burger menu (this menu was not on the website hence why we went up to the bar to order). Again the fries were cooked to perfection and the burger was delicious, the burger bun was nice and soft and the right amount of sauce and pickles are on the burger too. I will definitely come back again especially to try the Sunday roast. This place is my new favourite food spot in harborne.

Excellent food as always. No fuss about about my needing gluten free. The Christmas card was a lovely touch. Really enjoyed our visit.

Work's Christmas meal on a busy Friday night. Excellent service by friendly, patient and efficient staff on a very busy night at the Junction The food was superb - generous portions. Delicious salmon pâté, turkey dinner, chocolate torte - dessert was divine. The vegetarian members of our group very much enjoyed the veggie alternative. Thanks so much to the waiting staff for a smooth-running, highly enjoyable evening 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great pub for drinks but avoid eating there. Poor quality food. One meal had to be sent back and another (fish in batter) hard as a rock and burnt underneath. There’s a choice between fries and chips and despite emphasising chips three sets of fries were served. Unimpressed
