I really like it here. We went for the Tuesday lunch deal. The food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection.. was super tasty. The staff are super helpful and really polite and the prices are really good. We will be back!

Food took over 45 minutes to come whilst we watched others get served and several members of staff collect their own food. The table next to us ordered starters ate them and finished their mains before our food came. No one ventured over to our table to explain the delay. There was us and one other table of customers (all the others were staff!). When the food arrived the gravy on my plate had so much grease in it (from the anaemic hardly cooked “roast” potatoes). I had to leave most of the meal. The carrots were dried and looked as if they were cooked at first service and left in the hot hold. The mash had formed a thick skin that made it seem as though it sat under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes. We received no check back to the table, I am completely disheartened by this visit and will not be returning. I have advised friends and family who would normally use yourselves for event meals to book elsewhere to avoid disappointment. Such a shame as we have previously used yourselves often!

We booked a table for 15 people, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From special diets (gluten free and nut free diets were requested) to a new batch of pigs in blankets, the staff were helpful, polite and were willing to go above and beyond. The kids didn't like the pigs in blankets on their plates so we mentioned this to the waitress, and the kitchen brought out a plate full of different ones for us to try, with no extra charge! The only complaint was the length of time it took for thr food to start coming out of the kitchen. But once it was, it ran quite smoothly. I have to mention that we did go for Xmas dinner, so that may explain the wait.

Firstly it's such a shame I won't be going back because the food was really nice. My table was booked at 3pm on a Sunday so not late in to service, I ordered our meals for the 4 of us I wanted a burger to be told they have no burger buns so no burgers. I understand places run out of things so no issue. So I ordered a sirloin steak to then be told no sirloin, I then order rump to then be told no rump. Thinking now this is just ridiculous I order gammon and guess what no gammon. What have you got nothing apparently. I settle on new York chicken but guess what they have it apparently but noooooooooo when it comes out no onion rings. Do you know why yep you guessed it they just ran out. But that's not all we go for desert and luckily they had everything we ordered well apparently. So I order and I pay for then the waitress to come over to say the rocky road sundae will have to be all vanilla ice cream because you'll never guess yep they ran out of chocolate ice cream. In future if people are paying for food first please make sure you have enough food to fulfill the order because when you take peoples money and then can't supply what people have paid for is not on and then don't even offer an alternative to what's missing just ignore it. If anyone goes there I would make sure they have what you are ordering before you pay because they will just take your money and just not give you the full meal. I'm really not surprised on a Sunday afternoon there was so few people in there

Well I was recommended here because the food was good. That's if you get the food before you order an Uber eats. Saturday night, I waited over 2 hours for a starter. When I got the starter, it was good. However, it was not worth the 2 hour wait. Now, before the starter came out, we asked the waiter when the kitchen stopped taking orders, and she told us 9pm. Went up to order to before 9pm to be told the kitchen had closed. Now I put forward to them that the waiter had told us 9pm. To be told they couldn't get the chefs to work, and we would be able to order dessert. After only having a starter, i would have liked a main before dessert. When I went to pay, no apologies given, no discount was applied. I ended up as a local chicken shop for my main, and the chefs there wanted to work. Will not be returning to this restaurant. Photos attached of the food that took 2 hours to arrive!
