Lovely place .Staff are friendly and very welcoming, not yet had food there as it was fully booked, so that shows the food is good in my eyes ,I will keep trying to get a table on a sunday🙂 🤞
Staff really friendly. Pool table affordable and fun. Lots of space in and around pub. Lovely atmosphere.
Joined the chatty cafe morning on Thursday and had a great time. Free coffee and teas with home made pastries. Had the chance to catch up with other residents of the village and share a story or two.
The real ale is well kept, the food is homecooked and par excellence. The community events are well attended and the service is friendly and welcoming every time we visit. Their pool table is the best for miles around. My choice for pub of the year 2024
A very nice country pub indeed. A little out of the way but a gem nonetheless. Lots of outside space but a little too hot as not too much shade at the moment. Just had lunch but no Sunday roast menu as yet. Relatively new owners so lots planned for the future. Look forward to revisiting soon!
