Absolutely the worst Guinness I've ever had the misfortune of being served. £6.50 for what was closer to vinegar. Almost certain it was half a Guinness then the run offs while I wasn't looking. Avoid.
Great PUB proper boozer, landlord has a wicked sense of humour 🤣 asked for a large glass of wine . Was to the brim !
Was nice a quiet, chance to have a nice relaxing pint. Had a lovely little beer garden too.
Worst Guinness experience in east London. Poured just over half of what looked like flat Guinness and then proceeded to pour what looked the run off of the line (we were there not long after opening) into the glass when he thought we weren’t looking. He also looked unwashed and wasn’t very pleasant. Pints seemed overpriced also but may have just overcharged as not regulars. In terms of decor, check out the burnt out extractor fan on the ceiling in the ladies toilet cubicle, simply stunning, I wonder what state their other appliances are in. I won’t be going back, a disgrace to London pubs.
Cool decor, nice pub garden and good Guinness. Great for the football. We got ripped off when we went, the Landlord thought we were tourists so charged us the earth for a couple of drinks and some nuts. Reading the reviews just now it's put me off coming back!
