For autumn 2015, we've gathered a collection of ten superb aromatic gins. These are modern gins, flavoured with elusive botanicals, and served with garnishes that compliment the flavours and aromas of each gin.
We've also been fine-tuning our serves. In a Nicholson's pub, your gin, mixer, and garnish come together as a perfect example of the gin-maker's art. You could say that we've gone back to our roots. If our founder, William Nicholson, were to walk into one of our pubs, he'd recognise the skills and the atmosphere. We're as good as – possibly better than – his own original gin palaces.
Our beer and cider menu paints the autumn in shades of burnished gold. We have a selection of the world's finest craft beers and the UK's brightest ciders.
We bring you beers from the west coast of America, from Belgium, and from Scotland. In contrast, our cider selection takes you on a voyage of discovery that's nearer home – into the sparkling cider orchards of Herefordshire and Somerset.

Fantastic pies, friendly staff and great beer!. Very convenient to Borough Market. Good to see a company providing high quality food instead of the minimum they can get away with!
Directly located next to the London tower station and borough market. Pub with a good choice of different beers. Food was good and was served quickly. We had macaroni & cheese and a fish pie. It was a bit cold inside due to air conditioning.
I had the lamb shank pie 🥧 lovely 😍 yum yum 😋 And later some bar snacks nachos and cheesey chips 🍟 and deep fried chicken with chill sauce 😋 and no I was not alone to eat all that lol
Nice ambience with both inside and outside seating. Directly next door to the Southwark Cathedral. Waitstaff is friendly and recommended the Steak & Nicholson's Pale Ale Pie as the most traditional English pie. The pie was tasty, but on the milder side (definitely not a spicy meat pie). The Fish and Chips was also nicely done.
