I wanted something special to send for the funeral of a relative as I was not going to be able to be there. The phone call to the florist was sincere and helpful. I told her how much I wanted to spend and how important this person had been to me. My daughter in law took a photo as I had not seen any images as this was ordered over the phone. So pleased with the result of our conversation and their recommendation 😀
