Purchased tickets for the their hotel obsessed event 21:00-03:00 using the RA app, arrived at the event at 11:30pm to find the venue closed. 4 of us paid 11.50 each for a ticket, I dread to think how many others have bought and turned up to a closed venue. DISGUSTING MONEY LAUNDERING!!!!!!
On NYE my son was refused admission to this club, Daniel Helciug- Nicolaie said my son was a trouble maker and had been fighting the week before, my son has never been to this club before and for the record has never ever been in trouble. So I can only conclude as my son’s two white friends were allowed in that my son was racially profiled or is Daniel insinuating that all black men look a like??? I have contacted Sugar Hut to raise a formal complaint but have been ignored. That’s fine as there are a lot more places to raise my complaint and social platforms to let people know of this disgusting treatment of my son.
Nice club and friendly staff, only it would be better if the girls wasn’t so snobby and the rooms were all actually open. Also £27 on TWO drinks (single spirit and a mixer) is unbelievable! Also like pablo Escobars house in the girls toilets🤮
Great food and experience for are first meal very helpful & nice staff always willing to help with all your needs .. only thing we would like to of seen is mick to say hello apart from that great place .
Would recommend brilliant food great staff can't wait to go back
