Food was brought out in dribs and drabs so after waiting quite awhile to have to wait for everyone's to arrive then vegetables again in dribs and drabs spoilt the whole meal. I was more than half way through the meal when the veg finally arrived.
Had a fantastic early Christmas dinner yesterday. Food was great and the service from Craig and staff was excellent. Highly recommend!

Went here for birthday Sunday lunch. It was lovely. However, the mashed potatoes could have been done with a little more care and attention, but besides that, I would definitely go back again. The staff were very kind and had an amazing level of banter, which made the atmosphere all the better!
This pub is great. The staff is very friendly, the food is very tasty, the portions are huge, and the price is good as well. If you are looking for a traditional English pub that serves mostly meat, this place is the perfect choice for you.
