Drank in here since a student at consett tech, had my wedding reception here, still enjoy the odd last pint on the way home,always a friendly family atmosphere.

A great local pub with no airs and graces. Welcoming bar staff and clientel. Good prices for good beer.
Fantastic Staff and all COVID-19 restrictions in place including table service and masks worn by all customers when not sitting down.
Great friendly atmosphere and a good choice of games to play too. Staff are proper canny too
