First visit called on a Friday afternoon, for few games of pool, staff really friendly and welcoming.

Excellent northern soul on 30december ...4 different djs playing vinyl...great afternoon/evening...really lovely warm and friendly atmosphere..bar staff very friendly and polite...I would definitely recommend a night out here in the new year...entertainment every weekend. Reasonable bar/drinks prices.

Decent pub,can be quiet at times but that's due to the neighbours around the pub moaning. Dj was playing on Saturday and was good but had to stop at 11 due to the above mentioned!!

Went with my brother, we took our Dad for a couple of pints, lovely pub friendly staff. We take Dad out regularly from the home he's in because of dementia. We always have a laugh with him and a good, relaxed atmosphere is essential.

Great place, great service, great music & cheaper beers & spirits. Great sitting space at back, when weather is good. Would definitely recommend a visit or 2.
