A blend of contemporary and traditional in both food style and decor The Wizard has, over the past 12 years, built itself an enviable reputation for quality food and service in an informal and relaxed setting. Stone floors, scrubbed wood tables and beamed ceilings are what we’re all about here.
Super tasty bap, but a little hard to eat because of all the fillings. I suggest for the bigger ones, they should use bigger baps!
After “The Wizard’s Wander at Aderley Edge “ tour we rested in the teahouse. Very cozy cottage. If you're there, go in!
Nice food and drink presented well. Plenty of outside seating. Friendly staff. Just far too expensive. Everything costs double for some reason. £4.50 for a standard (very tiny) smoothie. £7(!) for a bacon&sausage sandwich… and wait for it, £4.50 for a toasted tea cake! Lower your prices. I know it’s a National Trust spot but why rob us? Will bring a picnic next time.
Lovely tea room! First just wanted to start by saying the staff are so so lovely, friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely place to sit, have a coffee, cake or they do serve hot food as well. The cakes are home made and my mum had a scone that was still warm. Definitely stop by if you're out walking. There's lots of outside benches to sit at.
Still a fabulous treasure on The Edge, even though all the refurbs are ongoing and they're serving take-away food. They've made everywhere as pretty and as special as they can and still serving on cute little China plates💕 Gorgeous hot choc and coffee & walnut cake (so excited to be here again that I took a bite before I photographed🤩😜). My friend had a vegan latte and vegan peanut butter & cacao flapjack thing (I had a taste, it was utterly delicious!). Lovely walk, lovely pit stop😍 #thelittlethings
