A popular and thriving pub in the heart of the village attracting customers of all ages. It is one of the oldest buildings in the village and was once a butcher's shop, hence the name.

This brick built village pub is on the outskirts of the village adjacent to the railway crossing. Railway prints adorn the walls of the open plan bar room there is a restaurant area for diners.
