12 Pubs of Christmas

If Secret Santa, Black Friday and Elf on the Shelf already feel like three modern festive rituals too many, be warned – there is a new Christmas activity gaining traction in a street near you this year - the 12 pubs of Christmas!

Whilst we know you won't visit all 12 (geographically challenging), here are some suggestions where you can join in the festive cheer! Enjoy, we wish you a very Merry Christmas!

  • Village Pub, Restaurant and B&B Nestled in the heart of Claypole on the borders of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. A stones throw from the historic market town of Newark on Trent.

  • The Ten Bells has been open since the 1700's and is without doubt an established part of Norwich, a city well known for its pubs, and with the new management and recent refurbishments it has been given a new lease of life.

  • This imposing grade II listed building stood empty for several years and was last occupied by the TSB, which moved into the premises in the early 1990s. Until then, it had been occupied by the Preston Savings Bank.

  • A traditional local pub offering locals and visitors alike a friendly welcome. The pub boasts a lovely beer garden always festooned with flowers.
