A warm welcome will be given to all our customers at the Kings Head from Karen and Robert the new landlady and landlord. We have a passion for Food, fine Wines and Cask Ales. We would like to enhance the experience for everyone who visits us and would welcome your feedback on how we could achieve this. We are a local family and have spent many months looking for the ‘right’ type of pub to suit our vision. When we discovered the Kings Head we fell in love with the idyllic setting and friendly atmosphere. Our vision is to give our customers a place to meet within a warm, welcoming environment where they can enjoy good quality, locally sourced foods and the finest ales and wines.
Brilliant. Food superb. First time in ages that I finished three courses because each one tasted so good. Really good service from really nice people. Highly recommended
We had a great lunch here on Sunday. The roast was excellent with plenty of lovely vegetables and gravy. Nice service from young but attentive staff. Relaxing atmosphere in well presented pub. Will definitely be back.
The staff were friendly and the food was very nice. The starters are small but the mains are very big. I had a risotto that I would have thought is like for 3 people! Burger was delicious. Affordable prices and very cozy place overall.
Outstanding service from start to finish We missed the sign for the car park behind but turned around and found it second pass 😊 Checkin smooth and helpful Room excellent. Couldn't ask for better Pub was buzzing with Halloween party. We went to our table early for drunks. Serving staff were about the best we have experienced (yes...that good and attentive). Food was really tasty. My minted lamb Korea was excellent Breakfast service and food were as outstanding Very impressed. A real gem. Highly recommended
Had Sunday lunch on Sunday with three friends. The food and the service was excellent. We all had the roast beef, which was cooked to perfection. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the restaurant to anybody who enjoys good food. The only complaint - why no custard.
