Refurbished in a modern traditional style, this pub focusses on serving it's local community in the western suburbs of the town. The original layout a number of interconnecting rooms, that have now been knocked through into a single area, whilst still maintaining much of the original character and distinctiveness. One area has large tables, another comfy sofas, around a log fire, whilst to the rear is a games area, with pool and a darts board. There is live music every Friday and some Saturdays, a quiz night on Tuesday and poker on Thursday.

A great pub staff are so friendly and accommodating the Sunday roast is amazing value for money would highly recommend

Great pub for Sports, Cocktails & inexpensive but yummy food. Not high end, but clean, tidy, lovely staff & plenty of parking. AND DOGGY FRIENDLY 🐕
