Had a fantastic meal here on a quiet Monday night. Really warm and welcoming place with great service, good wines and very good food. Lovely log fire in one of the rooms.

Such a disappointment! We waited over an hour before our meal was served. Considering that it was one of only two 'dishes of the day' on offer, we couldn't understand why it took so long, especially as there were only two other tables being served on that day. The plates were hot! Good, but the food just warm. It was a sharing 'Surf and Turf' platter, for which we had to ask for serving cutlery. They took ages to appear ! The pudding menu consisted of only two items and a cheese platter!!! My guest was not impressed with a scooped out apple with custard in the middle garnished with a teaspoon-ful of natural yoghourt! The bill!---£143.44 [including 2 £9 glasses of wine and water].

A treat from our daughter, afternoon tea. Arrived at 4pm met by 2 lovely friendly staff who seated us on table for two by a window with gorgeous views over a valley, served with drinks, and then came the little sandwiches all neatly trimmed and filled with scrumptious fillings of salmon and cream cheese , ham cucumber, and loads of different tasty fillings, then the three layers of mini pastrys and cakes, all delicious + 4 sultana scones warm with cream and jam very generous helpings, we had to take some home, it really is a lovely place to go, service was first class, will be going again. Best afternoon tea ever😁

We stayed there for a night and we loved everything: location, stunning views, amazing service from Adam, spacious room and nice food. It was so relaxing, quiet, we enjoyed sitting in the garden. We also walked around the area, nature is beautiful. I was just about to give 4 stars only because we felt the whole stay was tiny bit overpriced, but regardless we had great welcome and enjoyable experience.

Just dropped in for a pint and lunch. What a great pub! Fantastic views across the local countryside. Very relaxed atmosphere, good service and good beer. One of the best burgers I have ever had, with local Hook Norton beer what more could you ask for.

The Food | Cotswolds Restaurant

The quality of our food is at the heart of The Feathered Nest, offering modern British cooking. Locally produced ingredients are sourced where possible. Fish is delivered daily from the west coast of Britain and many of the herbs and vegetables come from our own kitchen garden.

A daily menu offers relaxed eating in the bar and garden, whilst our seasonal menu's provide an exciting alternative to be enjoyed in one of the informal dining areas at our Cotswolds pub.

On warm, balmy sunny days the garden terrace allows for outside dining, naturally shaded by the Sycamore tree.

An eclectic wine list, of over two hundred and twenty bins, combines ‘classics’ with carefully selected special wines from both Old and New World. Our guiding principle being quality and variety. Read more on our Wine Cellar page.

For forthcoming events, special event lunches and wine tasting dinners, view our Seasons & Occasions' page. www.thefeatherednestinn.co.uk/cotswolds-events.html
