Service and atmosphere perfect, very accommodating of our Labrador. The jam dunk ale is delicious 👌 our favourite date night spot. 10/10 would recommend. Smash.
Have to say brilliant work by the bouncers on Saturday night. Two women with drink in them, became very rude to the female bouncer working. How she stayed calm and controlled was brilliant. Then because they were not allowed in the two ladies, more of the group caused a scene outside. As a sober person hearing and seeing first hand. Massive respect for the bouncers. Plus every time I see the venue or delivered food to the friendly staff who work there. It always looks really welcoming and everyone having a good time with live music.
Great atmosphere with good music and also good live bands and djs. Food is 100% plant based and gluten free and the cocktails and drinks are top notch recommend!!
I love the Jam Factory! Since the moment we walked in we were treated like regulars. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They have made me drinks off the menu upon request - always happy to accommodate whatever we ask for. The vibe is cool & relaxed, extremely welcoming and the food is excellent too, catering to all food intolerances. My hubby LOVES the beer on tap! And I adore the cocktails. There’s something for everyone here, served with a smile. Literally one of our absolute favourite places to visit in Hereford.
Went there on Friday with a large group. I was really disappointed by the staff behind the bar, really confrontational, asking the group to move away from the bar, despite perhaps only 5 other people in the bar at the same time, furthermore, door staff/ security were very heavy handed and abused their position. perhaps more training for bar staff (they should focus on pouring better pints) and a little more sense from the bouncers, none of the group had the patience nor the crayons to explain it to Jam Factory staff! Avoid this place! And in addition, their response about one of the group spitting is just not true!
