44 High Street, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9BQ
The Chequers is a traditional, good old fashioned pub situated right in the middle of Billericay High Street, only 3-4 minutes' walk from the station.
We serve a simple traditional menu, such as Sandwiches, Baguettes and Jacket Potatoes from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Additionally we have a great hot drinks menu to choose from all day.

On the drinks side, in addition to all the usual offerings we regularly have a great selection of well kept real ales sourced from all over Britain.

There is outdoor seating in our heated patio area at the rear of the pub which is also a great area in the summer too. At the front of the pub there is also a number of seats available where you can sit and watch the world go by. It could be that you prefer to stand and chat and the choice is yours.
