It's been a while since we visited and safe to say we won't be returning in a hurry!!! Service was slow and to the point my 81 year old dad took it upon himself to query why. The rest of our party had waited patiently, aware that the staff were working under pressure. After the very long wait,food was mediocre, numerous dishes varying from steak, burgers,fish, pie and gluten free. So disappointed with our evening 😞
Nice place. Always come for breakfast when we are down in Swansea. Usually all good but had a granola yoghurt bowl that was served in a warm bowl which wasn’t too nice but that aside. Nice place. Food is nice as you can see from my partners pancakes. Dogs very welcome and they did our girl a cup of warm milk. Gets busy by Sunday lunch but always been able to get in.
Excellent location for access to the park and to the beach in Swansea Bay. The quality of the food is excellent. We had seafood platter and sea brass risotto, both were exquisitely cooked. Very enjoyable experience!
We had a really lovely meal here, it was good value for money - but the best bit was the great staff. James was amazing, wonderfully good-natured, and very supportive of ensuring our allergies were addressed. The atmosphere was friendly, and the children with us were able to have food and fun.
I did not book the table for myself and my friend but the staff who were friendly and attentive served us anyway. Food was delicious, as I ordered scallops with sea bass while my friend ordered a steak sirloin with brandy sauce. Scallops were fresh and tender and were not like those frozen scallops that the pub served in London. I will definitely visit this place again if I go back to Swansea.
