The Tom Pudding Micropub was opened in December 2017 by real ale enthusiasts Simon Jarrold and Alan Lowey. Featuring four cask ales, mostly from Yorkshire, real ciders and a selection of bottled beers and quality lagers. We also have around forty gins and other spirits.
The pub has gone from strength to strength culminating in our inclusion in the 2020 CAMRA Good Beer Guide.
It was my first time in the pub, but everyone was friendly, I had 2 pints of cider and felt very comfortable.
Small but with excellent cask, and craft beer. Plus cider. A proper pub. Consistently excellent, with a great range of ever changing cask ales and friendly customers.
Great little bar nice and freindly and they let dogs in. The best pork pies ever.
One of the best micro pubs I've ever visited. Superb selection of drinks. Staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and more than happy to talk you through their options. Passion is very clear to see. The snack selection is wonderful. I'd highly recommend the scotch egg. Spicy and delicious. I'd highly recommend this place. Support your locals. And they support the local football scene. Beautiful place
This should be your first port of call in Goole. Named after coal containers which went from the Yorkshire coal fields to Goole by river. This place has 5 cask beers and 25 or so bottled beers. Very reasonable prices, between 2.20 and 2.60 a pint. No wifi yet. Recommended
