Visited at 12pm on 27th December, which was a quiet time. Ample car parking including 2 "blue badge" bays, and located near to the main entrance. Toilets are located just inside the main entrance on the left, and are clean and well maintained. We were allocated a comfortable private booth with seating for 6. Food was very good, and reasonably priced with the "Festive Menu" offer. A good selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks were available. Overall we were very pleased with our experience, and will definitely visit again in the future.
Main meal was good. Pudding not so good. Cheesecake was a bit thick and tasted quite dry. Waited an hour for the meal. Staff were friendly enough. Atmosphere was good apart from a yapping dog to start with.

First time visiting and will certainly be back! Food was amazing, lovely staff and cosy modern pub. Creme brûlée was delicious. Fully recommend the burger and pork chop 👍👍
Looks and feels like a family owned and family run pub. Spacious outdoor seating with booths, bench/tables and a marquee. The ample play area and sizable jungle jim was fun foe the kids but don't kick a ball over the fence! Food looked pretty good but tasted awesome! Really nice freshly cooked veg, an amazing Yorks Pud. The Chicken pie was lovely. Four real Ales on tap. Ample parking right there off the A5.
