We always have great real ales on, including Joules Pale and Marstons Pedigree, but also a couple of guests too. We don't have a food menu but you'll find good home-made butties most days and there's free cheese and biscuits on Sunday and dish of the day on Thursday nights by a local professional chef. We like to keep our punters entertained so there's live music most Wednesdays (from the likes of local legends Grant, The Penkhull Ukulele Band, The Boat Band and Them Pair) and a resident Soul and Motown DJ on Sunday. We also have a regular Karaoke spot on Saturday night. There isn't a quiz yet - but we're working on it (drop us a line or call in if you fancy being our quizmaster).
We love our footie and all local games are shown on the big telly. We run a free bus to Stoke's Victoria Ground when The Potters are at home on Saturday afternoon.
The Beehive is a genuine pub - not a chain and not tied. We believe the local pub should serve the community before its owners so come on over and join the company.

Always a warm welcome at this pub, be it staff, regulars or the friends I meet up with every once in a while. It's a warm and inviting, friendly place which has never failed to live up to my expectations of what a local pub should be. It's not very often that I get to visit Penkhull, or even North Staffordshire these days...the Beehive is the one place I strive to call in at though.
A favourite for years. Cosy pub and we enjoyed the acoustic night with Grant Matthews. Good beer, great performers.
Friendly local pub. Dog friendly so long as they on leash. Kids too. On a shorter leash
Traditional Pub, went in Sunday Lunchtime and they had entertainment on, outside seating area lush games room even what looked like bar skittles!!!
Ist time I've been in for a while. Busy due to a birthday party saw some old friends. Service at the bar was parity quick, the draught Bass was a decent pint. All in all not bad.

Old pub on the main road into central Stoke, re-opened as a genuine Free House in October 2015; the pub has kept the same layout as before, but has been very much brightened and smartened up. here is a surprisingly large beer garden, hidden to the rear of
