Absolutely love this venue. The food for Sunday Lunch is outstanding. Great value for money. Quality Meats and vegetables. Need more deserts.
Disappointed. Popped in here on the off chance for Sunday dinner with the family. We all know children are fussy things, but usually have no trouble with a kids menu for said children. This place had no children’s menu for the Sunday. We were just told they would make a smaller meal off the adults menu (no prices listed for smaller meal). We decided to leave as my daughter didn’t feel welcomed at all. If you can’t cater for my children, you don’t cater for any of us.
Nice little hotel. I stayed two nights for business. The room was quaint with a great view across the bridge. Comfortable bed and decent size TV. 4 stars as the bathroom needs a deep clean to remove some black mould.
Came here for breakfast whilst visiting Ironbridge. Great service and very friendly and welcoming staff. Incredible breakfast. Cooked to perfection Food looked amazing, tasted even better, great size helping! Didn’t stay at the hotel so can’t comment on that but the food was amazing as was the service.
Had a lovely overnight stay at the Tontine, ideal for a riverside walk and exploring the village. Service was exemplary and the breakfast was enormous and beautifully cooked. The room had a couple of minor defects but nothing that would stop me staying again. Excellent. Special mention to Carly for accommodating our request to have breakfast in the sunshine and being limitless in your helpfulness, you are a credit to the hotel and to the wider hospitality industry. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
