Great location in the centre of town. With parking. The only time we saw staff was at check-in and a room cleaner in the morning. Old and tired. However new carpets, floor covering in the bathroom and a TV. Made things marginally better. No bar or restaurant was open when we stayed. However very cheap accommodation.
Dont put people here if you expect a full days work out of them! Did not sleep well for the whole week i was here! The walls are paper thin, tired every morning, you can here the thext room snoring all night and there alarm going off, shower was awfull and took around 20min to get warm! Rooms were cold as f-- k only put heating on at like 4pm when not even present! Wondow was broken and did not shut! So cold all the time here. And they never even changed my towel, bedding or bru facilitys once in the week i spent there. Honestly the worst place o have ever staued in 25 years of ontracting arpund the country! Would rather sleep in my car if this was the onlg place available.
An absolutely lovely team! We wanted to start hiking the Speyside Way about three weeks ago, but our luggage was lost at the airport. Without our equipment, we were stranded in Buckie - the Mahmoods and the whole team at the Old Coach House Hotel made it possible for us to stay with them despite being fully booked, so we would have a place to stay while waiting for our baggage. The rooms have everything you need, and I cannot stress enough how helpful and courteous the whole hotel team was. They really saved our behinds and were beyond friendly during the days we got to stay with them. Thank you! We would definitely book here again.
WOW!!!!!! The only nice thing about this place is the sign and even the sign is falsely advertising! 5 hour drive with me partner brings us here looks okay from out side walk in the door goes south fast .ask the lady at front desk about a meal as advertised in the sign and on line !! Ti be told they hadn't done food in over a year ! Great start ,! So we ask if there is somewhere for food to be told she doesn't know ,!? So unprofessional not a very big village!!!!?? ,So both my partner and i go looking for food sandwiches from co_op was our meal !!! Then find a lovely little hotel a long brig and barrel staff there couldn't have been more helpful. spoke to a few locals when at the bar .WOW the story's were unbelievable how bad this place is.
The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Sheets and towels are pristine, bed comfortable and the bathroom is functional. The room was even equipped with a TV. The host is extremely friendly and let me stay on very short notice. I enjoyed my two nights very much and recommend it to everyone who's looking for a fair value for money deal and who doesn't need any luxury. Here it is!
