Aggressive,Unhelpful,Unfriendly Bar Staff,Unhappy

Unfriendly, unhelpful, aggresive and confrontational bar staff on Sunday 17th July 2011 afternoon, my family and i had been invited to a 60th birthday party at St.Georges Social Club, Maghull. The girl in question who offended my family, not sure of her name but she is young with blonde hair. She is a "Bullying" control freak.She spoilt a lovely day for me and all of my family. This needs to be addressed immediatley. You cannot continue to treat customers like this and expect to get away with it. I am extremely upset, we cannot capture this happy occasion again. I would appreciate a reply back. This girl is not the type of person you want working for your club with a reputation that you try and maintain and build upon. Word of mouth is the biggest form of communication and alot of my family were extremely upset with her uncaring nature & total lack or interest for the safety and well being of its customers there that day. It is a disgrace. All she was repeating over and over again was that she doesnt get paid for this extra time worked so just get out. We had a 13 week baby asleep in the pram, she didnt care she just kept on repeating get out. You don't expect people to speak to you in that manner. She could have caused alot of trouble that day only for me trying to calm the situation down. I tried to reason with her, she had lost it. She was shouting all over the place, it was embarrasing. The reputation of the church relys on good staff to lead by example. You dont expect somebody representing St.Georges Social Club, Maghull to act in this atrocious manner. This is definately not leading by example and should be addressed immediatly before other customers are also offended by her attitude. It is too late for me and all of my family as we cannot capture these moments again. I would appreciate a written apology from this girl. Thank you
