From booking till leaving the customer service was very high. Room clean, tidy and bedding clean. A few negatives. The heating system in room was not working. Due to the good quality of quilt did not cause us feel the need to report till following. Luckily for the hotel our breakfast was included in price of room. Good choice of continental breakfast, but the cooked option was of very poor quality. Bacon like card, sausage tasted like a lower priced brand, scrambled egg rubbery. We feel the reason was due to the food was standing too long under the heat lights. Would we recommend the hotel, yes, but could not recommend the cooked food offered.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night whilst we visited the city. We absolutely loved our room, it was absolutely spotless and the view was AMAZING! I wish we would have booked for at least another night or two, but we will most certainly be back. Our trip was made even more special by the wonderful staff, a huge thankyou in particular to Katie Kelly who went above and beyond for us and who couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool.
A terrifically placed hotel, nicely laid out rooms, easy access, nice staff & a nice fresh clean smell as soon as you walk into the lobby. Only downside being ... the walls are paper thin ...or at least they were in our otherwise very nice room.
Had an amazing stay here in January. The hotel is in a great location and we had a superb view of the Liver Building. The hotel itself is clean and really welcoming. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and did their best to help with any queries we had. The breakfast was really well stocked (great bacon btw!) I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again if I ever came back to Liverpool
Front desk was ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was perfect every morning, and the service was prompt, the kitchen paid attention to all details. The buffet was delicious and well attended to. Our room was beautiful! Always clean and stocked with all of the essentials. In Room Dining was quick, hot, and tasted amazing. They had a beautiful set up!!Then quickly removed it upon request.
