Slow on service because they literally forgot to serve us our drinks. But great atmosphere and filling dishes. The selection of beers is great as well. Decent price for a pub along high street Kensington

Food order- waited for 40 minutes for small plates and nachos. All of the food was cold. We were told they would make fresh, but when it came back it was just re heated. You can't do that with squid, it's a health hazard. We asked for a refund but were refused and argued with. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We had already spent on drinks. Don't eat here under any circumstances. They Don't care at all if you have a complaint. Shameful when you considehr that eating experiences are usually so good in London.

Waited over an hour before both starters and main sunday lunch came out, which were both not worth the wait. Sunday lunch was abysmal and meat was inedible. Vegetables were severely undercooked with the frozen peas still being frozen. The yorkshire pudding resembled more of a pancake than anything and was horrible. Never been more disappointed.

It was such a lovely experience. I really liked the service from Macie. She was kind and helpful and recommended me a beer I haven’t tried before (estrella Galicia) which was absolutely amazing!! I recommend this place 100%. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.
