Galway Pilsner is £5 a pint which I'd consider to be very reasonable. Great if you want to watch sport as they have quite a few screens. Staff were friendly

Dropped in early evening on a Monday so atmosphere was not really a thing. Beer was nice. Shame the covered area outside at the back had smokers in it. It almost felt like indoor smoking. That's not for me. But inside was nice. Staff friendly and toilets were clean

🚇 Dalston Kingsland 🍺 £5.60 Amstel ❤️ Not your average Irish pub. . Burkes Warehouse is located in the heart of Dalston on busy Kingsland High Street. The nearest station is Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction is also close by. . Since 1990 most people will know this boozer as The Kingsland. It was an Irish pub which was a bit rough around the edges and loved by its regulars but divided opinion. The Kingsland sadly closed its doors and Burkes Warehouse opened up in June last year. . The decor here is eye catching and industrial, at the back of the bar is a copper topped servery which I thought looked great. Above the bar is a Galway flag , County flags are a regular fixture in most Irish pubs so you know where the Guv’nor is from. There is plenty of seating with a mix of low level and poser tables throughout the bar. There is a colourful array of led lights that discreetly change colour which add to the modern feel. Around the walls are a multitude of screens which show live sports including premier league, boxing and GAA. At the back of the pub is a cosy covered outside space if you fancy a quieter environment. . The beer choice was full of recognisable brands and obviously Guinness which was very popular with the punters. I was on the lager all day, so I played it safe and ordered an Amstel. My pint was decent and wasn’t overly expensive, happy days. . I arrived around 6pm and the atmosphere was great, the place was buzzing. Instinctively you would think this place was for the younger generation but it’s not, there was a good mix of punters from all walks of life and all ages. There was a large group dressed in lederhousen, lets just leave that there. Throughout the month are live Irish music nights if you fancy a bit of a singsong. . @burkeswarehouse is a Irish pub which has reimagined the modern day London Irish boozer. We all generally associate Irish pubs with traditional surroundings but here they have turned that notion on its head. Like The Kingsland before, I think this pub may divide opinion. I really enjoyed my visit here. Sláinte! ☘️ . ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 15/10/22

This is probably the best Irish Pub in Dalston. Dan & Mary at the bar will fix you the best drinks you ever had in this 🌎 and great service, live music, good crowd, wide selection of drinks. And you can watch live games here. What's else! Top 2 places to visit in Dalston. Scratch 5*****. It's 100 stars.

Good family run pub with good bar food! Plenty of TV’s for sport. Football usually has the volume up but not always! Small beer garden out back too-covered when wet. Friendly staff. Recommend
