There’s live music with great DJs who really bring the place to life! I love the pizzas next door as well. The pub lets you bring it in. Service could be much better. They tend to serve men more often than women. Had to get one of the regulars to order my drink because I was being ignored! But don’t let that put you off from the atmosphere. It has great vibes just shame about the service.
Really friendly pub, usually has live music or vinyls playing various types of music in Friday or Saturday.

Seriously, please bring back Rust Bucket Pizza. This pub had so much going for it when it had amazing pizza and a great grill, to complement the sensibly-priced wines and a great ambience. It felt as though the whole area was changing for the better. Frankly, everything since Rust Bucket has been a mediocre substitute. We tried the new pizza, and it’s more of the same - not going to attract us back. We miss the Lord Herbert of 2021/22.
Improved pub. Visited recently after a break of 10 years. Friendly service. Lovely dog! Nice drinks. Good decor. Only downside was the fact we were really cold. We regretted the time of our visit on this basis but we also understand energy prices are sky high, so if you run a pub at times you are in an impossible situation. Thank you Lord Herbert.
