Fantastic cosy pub in the back streets of Chiswick. Open fires for the winter and large, colourful garden in the summer. Great selection of ales, superb wine list, outstanding food.
A friendly gastro-pub, The Swan is the perfect spot for all seasons with its welcoming wood-panelled interior and a large lawned garden and patio for summertime refreshments. Good food is at the heart of the operation, and you can sit and eat wherever you like. The menu of modern, mostly Mediterranean cooking has a particular Italian influence, and vegetarians are not forgotten. Start perhaps with cauliflower and sweet onion soup, or pork terrine with spiced pineapple chutney. Next comes the main course: salmon and dill fishcakes with wilted spinach and hollandaise; grilled Tuscan sausages with mash and red onion marmalade; or roast pumpkin risotto. If you still have an appetite, then finish off with chocolate and almond cake, or sticky toffee pudding. Real ale recommendations are shown on the menu.
Lovely pub, service, atmosphere and food. Burger was ever so slightly dry so just 4* for food, but overall fantastic.
This place is in our neighbourhood and we feel lucky that we have got this lovely pub. Everything is so delicious and staff are so friendly and helpful.
A great pub just between Chiswick and south Acton. Great Sunday roast options. Chicken was the highlight, full of flavour and herbs. The beef and pork was also pretty good. The pasta was tasty and delicious and desserts were a great way to finish the meal. Only downside was the Yorkshire pudding, which just wasn’t quite right. But still top scores for a great Sunday roast with friendly staff.
Had a fantastic Sunday roast, Beef was some of the best we’ve ever had! Staff and atmosphere couldn’t of been better. Very child and dog friendly as well.
1st visit and was massively impressed. Had the roast beef Sunday roast and got to say the beef was just delicious, it was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. Had the sticky toffee pudding and again, wow...mouthwatering. it was gorgeous. Lovely friendly and very efficient service. Highly recommend

Just off the busy High Street, The Bollo House is one of Chiswick’s hidden gems. A family friendly pub/restaurant with elegant décor and an outside terrace make us a great place to visit all year round.
