Probably the weirdest pub I've ever been in in my life. The landlord seems to have a split personality and it's quite clear that any people who aren't regulars are not welcomed. It's also apparent as a sober bystander that the games are rigged to favor family members and friends of the landlord. The food is alright but I couldn't spend another penny in this place due to the dishonesty and wierdness of the landlord.
We were on a two night stay and ate here both nights as it was so good. Very generous portions and very reasonable prices. Very pleasant staff.
The food here was hot and fresh every time. The prices were very competitive for what you got
Great little pub on small holiday camp, happy, friendly staff, well cooked food and loads of variety, well priced and plenty full, good evening entertainment
Went for a quiet beer unfortunately I had a fowl mouthed old arse at the next table,every second word was f--k just left rather than give him a mouthful, no discredit to the the tavern staff who would be unaware,dog friendly only outside.returned on a Sunday to find they stop doing meals at 5 pm !!!!,went back on a week day and had a cheese burger and fries,was very good, would recommend, notice it's open till 12pm.returned and had scampi and chips, was excellent and another huge portion.
