Good old council pub. Most drinks around £4
I hadn't been in for years. The preservation and redecorations are in full swing. Smashing atmosphere and the best crusty cob I've had in over a decade. Definitely a lunchtime stop for me from now on. As promised, been back. Cobs are to die for.
A fun pub, not the nicest or poshest, but a great place to hang for a night with a great dj
Well been in a few times not too bad.the place does need updating. The regulars are a bit odd and give you funny looks however the bar staff are friendly.
Advertises dog friendly - me and my family went in with a well behaved small dog who barked a couple of times upon entrance. A barmaid then said "We can't do with your dog barking, if it carries on, you will have to leave." A group of chaps however we're allowed to swear and shout, and make new customers not feel welcome. This pub should not be advertised as dog friendly, however I did find it a little bit RUFF.
