utterly disappointed

i have ate there before many times and have always enjoyed it until it came under new management. Hence now:- the service was poor and very slow, the food was minimal, poor quality, overcooked and had been kept warm due to slow service (there was a skin on the sauces/gravy). This restaurant is claiming to be a la carte? cord en bleu? silver service? what a joke! i have had better food and service from Mc Donalds and a damn sight cheaper. when complaints were made the managers/owners attitude left a lot to be desired in fact SHE was downright RUDE! She even threatened that she had rang the police, apparently we were "obtaining food by deception". Definately wont be visiting that place again, i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy, stay in and order a chinese.

the place smelled of burnt food ...not a good omen ...the so called sunday roast consisted of turkey ,a spoonful of instant gravy mixed frozen veg ,courgettes ?? tinned deep fried "roasties" & a burnt yorkshire pud... priced at £7.95 for just the one coarse ...absolute rubbish
