They have a cheek to advertise as an Indian restaurant pn just est paid 15 pounds for a curry and a nan absolutely disgusting was like a rotten ready meal from aldi don't order food from here should be taken of just eat
Rooms look a little dated, small tv and only a continental breakfast available, however facilities are as expected, TV does have Netflix compatibility, comfortable bed and the owners are lovely. Will use again on future visits to the area.
Absolutely awful experience at this hotel. Waited ages for food. Our child’s pizza was frozen in the middle and then we waited 20 minutes whereby we had all nearly finished our meal, for our sons pizza to come back completely killed in the microwave. Terrible and the staff do not care at all about customer service. Do not go there are much better places
I don’t usually write reviews and certainly not negative ones. However I feel compelled to after an extremely strange scenario . I booked a night here for my partner . On arrival the owner looked us up and down and was extremely rude about the booking because i used a credit card with my old address .At a time in our life when my partner and i needed a night apart it was an embarrassing experience for us by the owner of this hotel. i thought staying at a hotel with your money was enough , clearly not . won’t ever book again .
What can I say more? This place is really worth a visit, just for the Sticky Toffee alone! The owner is really welcoming, he even knows you by name the next morning! Food was great, service was great, he loves to spend some time for a chat and, does all the cooking himself. If you're staying for the night, you'll have a really nice stay, don't nag about the little things in your room, it's all there, especially for what you've paid. Parking is free and ample, so no worries there. Would come again, any day in the year! See more comments in my pics
