Nice enough pub , but would not eat there again

Went for a sunday lunch - had the roast beef which was really chewy and couldn't eat most of it.

I complained and although had a sorry from the lady serving and she reported it to the Chef there was no offer to replace it or reduce the bill...I find this unbelievable customer service, and left very disappointed and won't go back again...when you pay nearly £20 for lunch for 2 you expect something reasonable.
