Not very good value for money, not good food

Today for a birthday meal I came to the Hungry Horse looking for great food at low prices. What I found shocked me, we ordered Fish and Chips x2 Lasange x1 Burger x1 Gammon Steak x1. The Presentation on the plate was good but the Gammon Steak was stringy, the Fish and Chips were Nausiating and they gave us 3 fish and Chips when we did not ask for them. It shocked me because they took the 3rd fish and chips off and made us pay for it.
