Just came here for a pint, didn't stay the night or dine in so can't comment on that. Cosy atmosphere, great selection of beverages on tap.
This place is honestly hands down the best place ever!!! The staff are amazing and the food is amazing. The first night we stopped in we had the scampi and seafood basket, and the second night we went to another pub down the street and ended up leaving to come here for the second night in a row for pizza onion rings and a pint. I would highly recommend stopping in they made our whole trip
A lovely pub set in the back streets of lynton - staff were great despite being short handed. We stopped in for a pint and a pizza. The pizzas are great, loaded with toppings and cheese. It's also at the end of some great walks so well worth popping in to refuel. You can sit outside or enjoy the old English style pub.
Enjoyed popping down here for a quick meal and drink in the evening. As for the town lynton, it's really the only pub. Food was okay, however nothing special. They have seating out front to enjoy the weather.
This appears to be a really busy pub with a sizable restaurant area and plenty of tables in the bar. I arrived at a busy time mid-week and happily perched in a bar stool. Within minutes I was shown to a table and presented with a menu and a promise that I would be fed as soon as possible. I was not disappointed. A good choice on the menu, including their homemade pizzas which seemed popular, and all reasonably priced. I would happily consider staying here if returning to Lynton in the future
