Great pub for Sunday lunch and to watch the football

Had a great meal with the family while I was watching the football. Food was delicious, hot and reasonably priced. Good selection of drinks too.

Great local pub. Regulars are very welcoming. Good breakfast every served every morning from 7.30 until 11.30. Takeaway food also in the hut situated in the carpark Our band played here and it was a fantastic night. We are looking forward to our return visit in September but will be there for breakfasts in between.

When I entered the pub hall I saw a very basic furnishing that didn't make a great impression at first sight. But this pub has a little gem - lounge on the opposite side to the hall. Very nice looking and comfortable.
