The staff were superb. Very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. Ideal location just off the M6
The bar and restaurant is totally under staffed. 2 ladies trying to serve a busy bar and then serve food and drinks to a full restaurant is disappointing. It’s not like they didn’t know they had a full house as all the folk were residents. Premier Inn is quickly becoming a 2 star option unfortunately!
Decent place, nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Quiet also and couldn't hear the motorway! Staff are lovely and location was where I needed. All in all a good premier inn
I stay in prem inns a lot for work, hotel is as expected - comfortable, clean. housekeeping lady rude today when I overslept due to being poorly. The first time housekeeping let herself into my room was 30 minutes before check out was supposed to be anyway. The second time she came just after 12 she was just a bit rude really.
Staff deserve way more money. They were attentive and friendly and nothing was ever a problem to them at all despite being a potentially annoying customer! Entire place was clean and faultless and the room was genuinely the nicest premier inn room I've seen and was more spacious than any other I've stayed in. Dinner and breakfast was nice and can't fault it considering it was at a premier inn it did surprise me! Once again have to mention the receptionists they are incredible at their job!
