Tex-Mex Is Amazing
The all you can eat night at the White Horse, yesterday was Tex-Mex and was amazing, fajitas, chilli con carne, spicy beef, corn on the cob, mini jacket potatoes with real butter of which I had to keep eating plate after plate. The waitress could have been more alert to our drink requirements but overall a great night.

As a lover of steak, I had to try the White horse as locally people seem to rave about the quality, and sure enough as any steak lover will know a rare or medium rare steak is hard to find especially as steaks are a personal meal - great meat amazing cooked by there head chef, who came out to see everyone once he had finished cooking to ensure we had a good time, which we all did.

I started coming back to this pub when Classic Carveries were involved and was impressed by the roasts. I then went for a family dinner to try out their steak menu and had the worst meal I have ever had. The steaks were all over done. mediums were more than well done and had to be sent back and came back medium well. Baked potatoes came with margarine and not butter as requested and when requested butter was told they didnt have any. The meat was really poor quality and the chips frozen - not the meal I had in mind so I wont be returning for steak night in a hurry. Sadly wetherspoons offer a better quality steak than the white horse! Really disappointed as a local to me so was hoping for much better quality
