Where do I start, we went as a family for the first time on Saturday and we will never go back to this place. The manager was extremely rude to us when we were telling him about the food and at one stage he said if we didn't like it we could go. The steaks were fatty and chewy, the lamb was dried out, the starter of 2 scallops was a complete rip off. The plates were either burning hot or cold.
I thought the customer was always right - no not in this place the arrogant pip squeak of a manager thought he was so superior to all of us. He made us feel so uncomfortable and none of us enjoyed our meal, two of our guests had come all the way from Devon to go out that night and we all left much poorer, still hungry and very very angry. Never again.
