We've been busy making our Pub News, Events & Offers pages even better. That's because we want pubs to be able to let you know what's going on and when, making it even easier for everyone to have a great time in pubs and even save some hard earned pennies at the same time.
And because we know that you're not always chained to your computer (especially when we want you out and about enjoying yourself), we've also launched it on our mobile site. So now you can easily find out what's happening where when you're out and about.

We've just launched our brand spanking new QuickPub app for Facebook. Basically, we've concentrated all our best bits into one easy to use widget that lets people find and review any pub in the land directly from Facebook.

Yes you heard it right - it's official advice. If you want to skip the inevitable queues during the 2012 Olympics in London then you'd better stick around and have a beer in the pub before struggling home! And who are we to disagree - the only thing that we'd add is "Why wait for the Olympics? Afterall, practice makes perfect!"

We've joined forces with mobile giant O2 to remind people how great it would be to nip to the pub and have a cold refreshing glass of Bulmers Original.
By using O2's location and temperature based technology we've been sending people txt messages during the recent spell of hot weather pointing them at their nearest pub so they can get their hands on a nice cold pint of Bulmers.

British Pub Week 2011

British Pub Week, which celebrates the very best of British hospitality, is back for another year and we're delighted to be supporting the initiative once again.
The event, from 28th October to 6th November, aims to get people back into pubs by promoting their positive impact on society through a packed series of events.
Hundreds of pubs were involved last year and engaged with their community and MPs — even PM David Cameron took part by enjoying a pint in his local pub.

Prince Charles loves pubs

Prince Charles continued his support for the Great British Pub this weekend by dropping in on the White Horse in Stourpaine for a quick drink and a chat with the locals.
The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall met with the landlord of the White Horse, Chris Sergant.
Sargent said: “It was wonderful to welcome HRH the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall. I was astounded that they were visiting my pub.
“To run a successful village pub I believe you need to involve community and support their needs. Providing the shop and Post Office in the White Horse seemed like the right thing to do and I am delighted that the village is supporting it.”
