Parcel Delivery - Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to use?
Nothing. Not a bean. It's absolutely free for you to use. If you're a pub and want to know more about the cost of being a registered outlet then take a look at our Pub FAQs.
Why do I need to register as a user?
Quite simply because we need all your details to make sure that you are updated with your parcel's progress at every step of the way. It also means that we can contact you in the unlikely event of something not going quite according to plan.
How easy is it?
Very. We've done everything we can to make this as simple as possible for everyone. Try it, we're sure you'll agree.
What if I can't find a pub near me accepting parcels?
We know it's disappointing, we're doing what we can to get more pubs to join. That said you just can't beat a bit of people power! If your local's not signed up then next time your in tell them about us and tell them that you'd really like them to join. People power works!
How big can a parcel be?
There is no minimum size but we've set the maximum size to be no heavier or larger than aircraft hand luggage. If you send anything bigger then you simply run the risk of the pub refusing to accept the delivery - after all people sending double American fridge freezers to their local pub just wouldn't work!
What is the maximum value allowed for a single parcel?
We have set a maximum limit of £300 per parcel.
Who can I contact for help and support?
If you really do need to get in touch then go to our Contact page for more details. However, it is really straightforward and we've made our website as simple as possible to try and keep our calls and your hassle factor to a minimum.
Should I insure my parcels?
It really is up to you. You should treat the parcel's journey from you to the pub as normal - we don't cover this. We cover anything that might go wrong whilst the parcel is in the care of the pub up to a maximum of £300 per parcel
How should I send the parcel?
Again that really is up to you, we don't mind. So you can continue to choose whatever means are right for you and your parcel.
